February 5, 2010 08:52:59The six-layer security for Mohammed Amir Ajmal Kasab has been tightened, and personnel at Arthur Road jail are finding it a bit stifling.The Intelligence Bureau (IB) has put mobile phones of jail personnel under surveillance to ensure that there is no leakage of sensitive information on India's most expensive prisoner.
