  The battlelines are being drawn on the issue of raising petro-fuel prices. With the Kirit Parikh committee recommending the freeing of petrol and diesel prices and reducing the subsidies on cooking gas and kerosene, the Congress-led UPA has a fight on its hands.One battle is internal.
