ICL allowed to sue ICC, ECB in London
February 5, 2010 08:52:56The Delhi high court on Thursday gave a go-ahead to Essel Sports Pvt Ltd (ESPL), the managers of the Indian Cricket League (ICL), to file a case against International Cricket Council (ICC) and England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in a London Court. The ESPL has sought permission from the court to seek damages for creating obstacles for the league and intimidating players associated with the ICL.
